Technology Electric bikes from Ford-Ford E-Bike Concept
Ford introduced the E-Bike Bike Concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show 2011.
Ford gave one motor in the center of the front wheels,a lithium-ion battery inside the frame,an integrated controller and sensor technology magnetostriction of F1.
Materlai-mgnetostriction material used to convert magnetic energy into kinetic energy,and vice versa. In Formula One, these sensors help deal with the revolution (rotation) high engine in combination with strong thermal pressure. They do not need physical contact with other parts of the machine, completely maintenance free.
You can select multiple driving modes: Economy, Comfort and Sport. If the Battery is fully charged,you can bring the bike to walk as far as 85 km.
Bicycles equipped with Shimano Alfine internal gear hub 11-speed transmission and transfer Shimano Rapidfire 2012. Carbon Belt Drive System replaces conventional chains. This system is cleaner, lighter and faster energy transfer.
"E-Bike market is growing very rapidly. Approximately 30 million units of E-Bike sold last year in the world, "said the XEL Wilke, director, Vehicle Personalisation, Ford Customer Service Division Europe. "We see E-Bike is very important as an electric urban mobility."
"More and more people use the E-Bike to travel short distances and they become comfortable with the concept of electric mobility," he explained.
